PDP's ‘ME KA HO’ POLICY

Disability is not an inability as we all say, but, unfortunately, some persons living with disabilities are alienated in the country.  

I have persons living with disabilities at heart and that is why my government will put in place inclusive education for them.


This is to say that persons living with a mild disability can take part in our normal education. We will put structures in place to ensure that. For instance, instead of stairs alone, we will have elevators and sloppy rumps for those with wheelchairs to use.

As a party we are aiming towards equality and development for all, hence we can’t leave out persons living with a disability. Thus, meaning persons living with disabilities are part of us.


What’s more, PDP will provide automatic employment to persons living with disabilities who have completed any recognized institution and has done national service.

We are a part and parcel of you and for that matter, the Progressive Democratic Party will give the good people of Ghana our all.

THE LAUNCH OF THE 'NK)SO) MANIFESTO'

Primarily, the manifesto launch of every political party is centred on addressing the general public on the policies, capabilities and means of achieving growth to develop a country. The PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, (PDP), a simulated political party by L300 Political Communication Group four students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism(G.I.J.), launched its "NKOSO) MANIFESTO" on Tuesday, 9th March 2021, on the GIJ campus . The event was attended by the Flagbearer and his running mate, executive members of the political party, loyal members of the party, some teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution and members of the public with an interest in education and politics. The Progressive Democratic Party’s PDP, “Ye Dwene Woho policy”, is an educational policy that encompasses three persisting issues facing the educational sector. Most government at a point focuses on providing job opportunities for the citizens, but the gap in this attempt is that the graduates do not have the necessary skills to fit in the demanding job market, due to a lack of adequate practical skills received in the various universities.
