EMERGENCE OF THE NK)SU) MANIFESTO

The group leaders divided us into sectors, and these sectors are Health, Education, Agriculture, Foreign Affairs, Aviation, Finance, Road and Transport highways, Youth and Sports, Trade and industry and the energy ministry. Each sector is to 2 people. 

These two people are to write in connection with the manufacturing consent theory to write the manifesto. Because road and transport is a necessity for every country, the reason why we have road and transport sector. Fixing roads is one of our major plans as a party and providing streetlights for the safety of citizens.

One of the major thing that boost our economy or contribute largely to our GDP is tourism. The tourism sector of our government took into consideration the importance of tourism to national development as we will invest in this sector to improve the economy.

Sports is one thing that unites the country. It’s the passion of the nation. Sports can’t be left out especially when the youths are involved. We will develop sports including all lesser-known sports. 

Agriculture is a major factor in nation-building, a country can’t survive when its agricultural sector is on a low level. We will create jobs through agriculture.

There is a saying that goes “Health is the mother of the body and we must take care of it with the resource available” with regards that, budget allocation to the health sector will be either doubled or have an increment of 50% depending on the previous budget and economic situation of our nation.

A country without a proper education system is a country without a future. A country is built through the youth. The youth also needs the education to prevail and succeed in everything they want to achieve in future including the future of the country is in their hands as future leaders. Teachers training allowance will be well invested and will be in the full section when we come into power. Instead of every month allowance, it will ever three weeks to help boost their morale and have a sound mind on the field. With the scholarship scheme, it wouldn't favour only the rich but the poor as well. That will be well sectioned in most of the villages to help enhance the literacy rate in the economy.

With all measures being put in place, the Progressive Democratic Party, PDP came about with the party's manifesto, dubbed ''The Nk)su) Manifesto".

THE LAUNCH OF THE 'NK)SO) MANIFESTO'

Primarily, the manifesto launch of every political party is centred on addressing the general public on the policies, capabilities and means of achieving growth to develop a country. The PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, (PDP), a simulated political party by L300 Political Communication Group four students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism(G.I.J.), launched its "NKOSO) MANIFESTO" on Tuesday, 9th March 2021, on the GIJ campus . The event was attended by the Flagbearer and his running mate, executive members of the political party, loyal members of the party, some teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution and members of the public with an interest in education and politics. The launch provided a platform for the PDP to share its position on how and why it would work towards the growth and development of Ghana. A DIVE INTO THE PDP "YE DWENE WOHO POLICY"

The Progressive Democratic Party’s PDP, “Ye Dwene Woho policy”, is an educational policy that encompasses three persisting issues facing the educational sector. Most government at a point focuses on providing job opportunities for the citizens, but the gap in this attempt is that the graduates do not have the necessary skills to fit in the demanding job market, due to a lack of adequate practical skills received in the various universities. That is why the PDP government when voted into power, seeks to “provide ultra-modern practical facilities in tertiary institutions Through its implementation, graduates will acquire the necessary skills and contribute to the countries development, whiles reducing the unemployment rate alongside.
