Progressive Democratic Party: Grand Launching

The much anticipated grand launch of the Progressive Democratic Party, PDP is set to come off on Saturday, 6th March 2021. 

The commencement of the party's grand launch will be streamed virtually. This initiative is in adherence regarding the Covid-19 protocols. 

This grand launch is expected to render a clear elaboration of the party's objectives and initiatives and with a rescue mission at heart and mind, we have embarked on a journey to advocate for effective social and economic interventions prior to the betterment of the social justice system in Ghana. Together we can!!!!

Primarily, the manifesto launch of every political party is centred on addressing the general public on the policies, capabilities and means of achieving growth to develop a country. The PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATIC PARTY, (PDP), a simulated political party by L300 Political Communication Group four students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism(G.I.J.), launched its "NKOSO) MANIFESTO" on Tuesday, 9th March 2021, on the GIJ campus . The event was attended by the Flagbearer and his running mate, executive members of the political party, loyal members of the party, some teaching and non-teaching staff of the institution and members of the public with an interest in education and politics. The Progressive Democratic Party’s PDP, “Ye Dwene Woho policy”, is an educational policy that encompasses three persisting issues facing the educational sector. Most government at a point focuses on providing job opportunities for the citizens, but the gap in this attempt is that the graduates do not have the necessary skills to fit in the demanding job market, due to a lack of adequate practical skills received in the various universities.
